We are confident you will adore your blanket! We put so much thought and love into creating and making them for you. If you do have a problem, such as a defect - you will have 14 days to contact us and we can have a replacement made. No returns, exchanges or credit. No replacements, returns, exchanges or credits on any Premade blanket. We use the address that is linked in your paid invoice - Please make changes to ensure your package is going where you want it to go BEFORE submitting payment. Once we have dropped off your package to USPS it is no longer our responsibility.
We ship 1-3 days after receiving your order and payment. Once your blanket has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can go to your confirmation email, click the blue "VIEW ORDER" button and it will take you to tracking. We ship from the submitted paid invoice, so please double check the shipping address is correct before submitting payment.
If you are needing a custom blanket, please send us a message on our facebook page! If you are watching our facebook live show, each blanket shown will be given a number - if you are the first to comment SOLD and the item number. Please click the SHOP NOW button on our facebook page and fill out the form. We will then invoice you via email and you can pay with any credit card, paypal or sezzle. You do not need to have an account, you can check out as a guest.
